Coach Mike

Coach Mike has been a Professional Trainer and Coach for the Commack Soccer Club for over 25 years. He has also previously served as Commack Soccer Clubs Youth Development Instructor. Throughout the years he has coached numerous successful Commack Girls and Boys teams winning a NYS Cup Championship, NYS State Cup Finalist and 3 time LI Cup Finalist teams as well as numerous EDP Premier and LIJSL Premier Division titles.

He has helped develop players from Pee Wees through Premier Elite several of which have gone on to play in College.

Born of Argentine parents he has had a love of the game since he was a boy. Playing youth futbol in Buenos Aires before continuing his playing career here in the US in Prep School and College.

He holds multiple credentials including NSCAA B Coaching License, GK Level 1 diploma, SUNY Youth Sports Institute Training Program and CPR Training Course. His motivating desire is to help each player reach their highest individual level  while developing a love for the beautiful game that they will carry into adulthood and hopefully pass on to their children and families.

Coach Mike currently trains several EDP Premier and LIJSL Premier teams for Commack and also serves as the Clubs GK Instructor.

He lives in Commack with his wife Ginger and their 2 Daughters and Son all of whom played for Commack and later in College and are avid fans of the World Champion Albicelesti of Argentina!
