Uniforms: All intramural, interleague and travel players must wear the official, approved, Commack Soccer League uniform. Intramural and Interleague uniforms are only available from Port Jefferson Sporting Goods located on Jericho Turnpike in Smithtown . Click on the Uniforms link on the home page of our website for store hours and prices. Travel uniforms are available by contacting either Joe Maggio or Elissa Tamburello (see League Directory for their contact information).
Refunds: You are entitled to a full refund if you notify the Registrar by e-mail before the 3rd game of the season. After that, refunds are considered on a case- by- case basis. The Registrar’s e-mail address is jdauria@yahoo.com.
